Quintessentially British Afternoon Tea in The Lobby
A sophisticated all-day dining restaurant at the heart of The Peninsula London, The Lobby will offer a special Mother's Day Afternoon Tea (£85pp), served daily from the 24th – 30th March. The menu will feature a delectable selection of sweet and savoury treats, including delicate finger sandwiches, elegant desserts, freshly homemade scones, and a selection of warming teas. Additionally, from the 1st – 27th April, The Peninsula London will offer an Easter-inspired Afternoon Tea (£85pp), featuring festive seasonal flavours and a range of delicious delicacies.
A delightful new addition to The Lobby's offerings, The Peninsula London will be launching a specially crafted Children's Afternoon Tea from the 24th March (£55pp), available year-round for young guests to enjoy and thoughtfully designed to enchant younger guests and create delightful family memories.
A Cultural Mother's Day Tea Masterclass at Canton Blue
To celebrate Mother's Day on Sunday 30th March, Canton Blue's elegant Tea Lounge will host an exclusive Chinese Tea Masterclasses (£58pp) led by expert tea masters. From 3:30pm to 4:30pm, the session will offer an immersive exploration of China's ancient tea traditions. Participants will have the opportunity to taste three elegant teas, each paired with dim sum, pastries, and traditional sweets.
Throughout the masterclass, guests will learn about the rich history and refined techniques behind this ancient ritual, while experiencing the sensational flavours of each tea. With an intimate setting limited to just eight participants, this experience promises a special and personalised way to celebrate Mother's Day.
Floral Gifts and Delicious Surprises
The Lobby of The Peninsula London will enchant guests with magnificent seasonal bouquets, skilfully curated by Moyses Stevens, the hotels' official floral partner. Breathtaking arrangements will be elegantly displayed and available to purchase in a bespoke floral cart from Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th March from 1 – 5.PM.
Making Mother's Day even more memorable, The Peninsula London has crafted spoiling chocolate bonbon boxes exclusive to Mother's Day, available for purchase from The Peninsula London Boutique & Cafe, each box complete with complimentary branded gift box, ensuring a delightful gift experience.
'Spring into London' Family Stay Package
For a truly magical springtime getaway, The Peninsula London is offering families a 'Spring into London' stay package. This exclusive offer combines the hotel's luxurious comforts with thoughtful touches to celebrate the arrival of spring and the Easter season. Families can enjoy Easter-inspired amenities, children's bathrobes, welcome treats, and daily breakfast for up to 2 adults and 2 children (under 12), alongside flexible check-in and check-out times with “Peninsula Time”. Crown Jewels and Gemmology with Garrard
Creating unforgettable moments that last a lifetime has been part of The Peninsula's ethos since the very beginning. In line with this tradition, The Peninsula London offers guests a variety of extraordinary and immersive destination experiences as part of its Peninsula Academy programme.
The Crown Jewels Tour and Gemmology experience with Garrard offers guests the chance to take a journey through the history of Royal patrons and jewellery in London with luxury British jeweller, Garrard. The experience starts with a private, guided tour of the spectacular Crown Jewels, before returning to the hotel for a jewel masterclass led by Garrard's in-house gemmologist at The Peninsula London Garrard boutique. The class also includes a signature Peninsula Afternoon Tea, as well as the chance to try on replica Royal tiaras worn by famous queens and princesses. The Crown Jewels and Gemmology Academy is available for a maximum of 3 guests. Prices for groups of 1 – 3 guests are from £605.
