Noosa's premier celebration of food and drink is back in 2025, delivering its boldest and most exclusive restaurant program yet.

With a lineup that reads like a who's who of the Australian culinary scene, this year's Noosa Eat & Drink Festival is set to redefine destination dining with first-ever chef collaborations, unexpected culinary mashups, and a lineup of must-experience events that will have food lovers scrambling for tickets.

In an industry where exclusivity is king, the 2025 festival brings once-in-a-lifetime dining experiences that will never be repeated, including:

  • Essence Peregian x Rick Shores, an extraordinary seaside feast inspired by one of Queensland's most celebrated restaurants.
  • Theo's Social Club x Matt Stone, where sustainability meets flavour in a curated experience by one of Australia's most progressive chefs.
  • Lanai x Stanley – East Meets West Long Lunch, where Cantonese and modern Australian influences collide.
  • Bandita x Aaron Turner, an unexpected meeting of Mexican street food and the innovative mind behind Igni.
  • Peli's x George Calombaris, bringing contemporary Greek dining with the signature flair of the MasterChef icon.
  • Sum Yung Guys x Marty Boetz, an explosion of Southeast Asian flavours from some of the country's best chefs.

This year's festival also marks the debut of Noosa's newest culinary hotspots, including The Doonan, Halse Lodge, Lanai, Peli's, and Essence Peregian, alongside returning favourites such as Locale, Season, Lucio's Marina, Pucca, Mariella, and Noosa Waterfront.

“Noosa's food scene has never been more exciting,” says Festival Director John Guise. “This year's festival isn't just about great food—it's about creating culinary moments you won't find anywhere else.”

With nearly 30 one-off dining experiences to choose from, including intimate masterclasses, beachfront long lunches, and chef takeovers, the 2025 Noosa Eat & Drink Festival is a gastronomic event like no other.
