With an enhanced culinary offering and an all-new menu crafted by Chef Zephyr Yip, the restaurant continues to honour its Cantonese roots while embracing broader regional influences and premium local produce.
Renowned for its commitment to Cantonese excellence, T'ang Court will now offer a refined menu featuring contemporary Cantonese dining, seamlessly integrating traditional techniques with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Signature dishes such as the iconic aged Peking Duck and live seafood selections remain, while new highlights include a dedicated Cantonese Barbeque section, the return of the beloved Dim Sum menu, and regionally inspired dishes such as Pork Xiao Long Bao and Marinated Pearl Meat.
At the helm of this culinary evolution is Chef Zephyr Yip, an esteemed Chef de Cuisine with extensive experience in both traditional and contemporary Chinese cuisine. With a career spanning over two decades across prestigious establishments, Chef Yip brings a deep respect for Cantonese culinary heritage combined with a passion for innovation. His expertise includes handcrafted dim sum, traditional Chinese barbecue, and an elevated approach to wok-style cooking, ensuring a dining experience that is both authentic and exciting.
Open Thursday - Monday from 5.30 PM, T'ang Court invites guests to experience a culinary journey that pays homage to Cantonese heritage while introducing an innovative and elevated approach to the dining experience.
To celebrate this exciting new culinary era, T'ang Court will be offering the banquet menu at $95 per person (usually $125pp) throughout the month of March.
