One of Japan's leading hospitality groups, Hoshino Resorts is rolling out the 'Local Rhythm Night' event at all facilities under OMO, its fast-growing brand of urban tourism hotels.
Built upon the concept “Get down with the local rhythm,” OMO guests can live like a local by discovering lesser-known attractions and culinary delights via the hotel's curation of recommendations on the Go-KINJO MAP and guided tours of the surrounding neighbourhood.
OMO's numbering also helps travellers to find an option befitting their travel goals and budget as it details the capacity of services in its name, from 1 for capsule hotels to 7 for full-service hotels.
Such attributes have been so well received that the brand has expanded operations to 17 facilities nationwide with hopes to showcase more of Japan's regional cities that each have their own story to tell.
The 'Local Rhythm Night' event, which is unique to each locale, is currently running at 9 OMO facilities where guests who would previously retire to their room after a day of exploring have been enjoying a wonderful evening experience at OMO Base, the hotel's public space.
Participation in the 'Local Rhythm Night' event is optional and free of charge, and guests can do so alone or with anyone. Delightful drinks and snacks that enhance the evening are uniquely crafted at each facility, with the help of local partners or inspired by local specialties*. There are also non-alcoholic options available for guests.
*Excluding certain facilities. Additionally, the offerings may change without prior notice.
Below are the night events currently running at OMO hotels across Japan.
