Leading global event connecting the travel industry and the media celebrates 13th Year in London with a packed two-day event at the QEII Centre.
IMM 2025 attracted the greatest number of media visitors in its 13 year history today provisional figures show, with 329 media and influencers attending the show.
The two-day show is the UK's leading event connecting the travel industry with the media and took place from 17-18 February at London's QEII Centre (www.travmedia.com/immuk/).
Over 350 journalists and 75 content creators had registrations approved for this year's IMM, from a record application. Some 200 PR professionals attended, representing 143 brands and accounting for 139 stands. Collectively delegates booked over 15,000 meetings for the show, TravMedia's thirteenth IMM and its ninth at the QEII.
The show continued to enjoy significant delegations from France; USA; Canada; Europe and other regions of the world, together with a sizeable section for Tour Operators/Travel Providers, alongside travel suppliers and attractions. IMM's sponsors were VisitEngland (Registration Desk & Lanyards Sponsor); Destination British Columbia (Day Two Lunch Sponsor and Bag Sponsor) and True Traveller (The TravMedia Summit Sponsor).
Louise Napier, TravMedia UK's Managing Director, said: “The record media turnout coupled with increased attendance at The Summit on day one meant that this was a memorable IMM for us this year. The figures also say a lot about the long-term resilience of the travel media sector and the continued expansion of the travel industry. We are already looking forward to 2026!”
On day one, TravMedia Founder & CEO Nick Wayland spoke about the UK launch of TravMedia's Media Evaluation service, together with 'Articles', a live feed of journalists' latest stories, and improvements to the highly popular Maps feature, where journalists pin details of their worldwide travel plans.
TravMedia launched IMM in 2013. The show has evolved globally to become the world's leading event connecting the travel industry with the media. IMM is established as the must-attend annual event for travel and tourism brands to make media connections and nurture established relationships, and this year is running in seven cities worldwide (New York, Sydney, London, Berlin, Paris, Sao Paulo and Singapore).
