Everyone's favourite digital travel magazine is back for issue 19, or as we've affectionately named it, the best issue yet. There's visual footage to lust over, outstanding imagery to stare at and plenty of compelling writing you'll want to re-read.

Recent Gold Magellan award winner and editor-at-large Roberto Serrini heads to the wilds of Alaska, and while there, he discovers that the state's warmth is actually hidden in its wildness. And he captures it all on film.

Switzerland is a haven for adventurers, and we explore every pressure-spiking and adrenaline-pumping activity, from ziplining over alpine landscapes to paragliding above dreamy villages. And best of all it was all done in shoulder season with hardly anyone there.

We also send self-proclaimed wildlife lover Rosamund Brennan over to Malaysia to heed the call of Borneo's jungle. There's pygmy elephants and baby orangutans, local market stops, river cruising at night and some sunset paddle-boarding.

The latest digital issue also includes:

  • Ever wished you could be a little more scared when you travel? Our Special Section unleashes the world's most terrifying experiences for you to be keen on initially before chickening out at the last minute.
  • The Battle of the Oranges: it's like a food fight on 'roids.
  • We watched each delectable episode of Apple TV's Omnivore, and once we finished salivating, we learnt the many ways food is an integral part of how we live and travel.
  • We've rounded up six weird & wonderful stays from a luxury camp in Nowhere, Namibia to hiding out in a bungalow on the edge of Lake Atitlan.
  • Forget the NBA and soccer; we just found your new favourite (and extremely weird) sports in our Hot 5.
  • You entered your coolest travel pics, and we picked a winner!
  • And heaps more…

There are no distribution partners quite like our friends at OM-System Cameras and World Nomads, who ensure the digital publication finds itself before over 1 million sets of eyeballs globally, for which we are extremely grateful.

“This issue is a heap of fun! Knocking back lunchbox shots in Anchorage. Searching for the 'big five' in the depths of Borneo. Doing (almost) upside down spins while paragliding over a sleepy Grindelwald. And that isn't even touching on the world's most terrifying experiences!” Justin Jamieson, Publisher.

“We're 19 digital issues in and this one might just be my favourite. We explore an Italian city's love for citrus warfare, discover the weirdest sports you've never seen, and try to give you nightmares about the world's most terrifying travel experiences. I'm a little biased but it makes for some pretty good reading.” – Kate Gazzard, Assistant Editor.
