Vivejar Experiências launches responsible tourism itinerary for the 2025 Parintins Festival

Brazil's largest folklore festival, still unfamiliar to many Brazilians, has just unveiled its first responsible tourism itinerary. Parintins Aboard was carefully designed by Vivejar Experiências for conscious travelers eager to discover the magic of one of the world's most fascinating artistic spectacles through an immersive and transformative experience, celebrating the authentic culture of the Brazilian Amazon.

From June 24 to July 1, 2025, travelers will have the chance to dive into the folklore and traditions of the Amazonian peoples, becoming part of the Parintins Festival celebrations, inspired by the infectious joy of the bois Garantido and Caprichoso. This exclusive itinerary offers participants privileged access to the Bumbódromo, where the performances occur, behind-the-scenes visits to where the floats and costumes are crafted, and genuine encounters with Amazonian culture through guided city tours and meetings with local artists.

Spanning eight days, the Parintins Aboard itinerary begins in Manaus, the capital of Amazonas state, with a walking tour of the city's main attractions. On the second day, the group will board a regional boat to Parintins, also known as the "Tupinambarana Island" or the "Island of Magic." Along the way, there will be a stop to marvel at the majestic Meeting of the Waters, where the Negro and Solimões rivers converge.

In the town of Parintins, travelers will enjoy six days of fully immersing themselves in the festival celebrations, complemented by opportunities to relax and connect with the local community. The itinerary features sampling traditional cuisine, exploring the craft market, sunrise yoga sessions, and enjoying a spectacular sunset at Lake Macurany. The boat will double as both a haven and accommodation, offering local music by DJ May Seven, who will curate a soundtrack that celebrates Amazonian roots and ancestry, while Chef Paulo provides a sensory journey through the region's distinctive flavors.

With limited availability, the package includes accommodation, full board, festival tickets, transfers, and travel insurance. For more information, contact Vivejar Experiências.
