January 2025 marks a season of exceptional dining at Kayuputi, The St. Regis Bali Resort's premier beachfront destination. Guests are invited to indulge in two unforgettable evenings celebrating global culinary innovation and winemaking excellence. 

The first event features the visionary creations of Chef Shane Osborn, whose remarkable journey includes becoming the first Australian chef to earn two Michelin stars and gaining international recognition as a breakout star on Netflix's The Final Table in 2018. 

The month concludes with an exquisite dinner showcasing the prestigious portfolios of Müller, Germany’s renowned sixth-generation family-owned vineyard, and Trimbach, a 12th-generation estate celebrated for its high-end dry Riesling wines produced in the traditional Alsace style. 

From Michelin-starred culinary artistry to the distinguished heritage of Müller and Trimbach wines, these exclusive events promise to captivate connoisseurs with unparalleled sophistication.  

Egon Müller and Trimbach Wine Dinner

Celebrate an exceptional evening with a curated 6-course degustation, perfectly paired with the coveted Müller and Trimbach wines. Müller, acclaimed for crafting the finest Riesling wines in Germany, brings a refined elegance to each glass, while Trimbach, known for its precision and legacy, offers wines that transcend expectations. 

Pricing : IDR 1,950,000 net per person (including wine pairing)  

 

Two Exquisite Evenings with Michelin – Starred Chef: Shane Osborn  

Date & Time : 31 January & 1 February 2025, from 6:00 PM onwards 

Join Chef Shane Osborn, chef-owner of The Arcane Collective, Hong Kong, for an exclusive two-night event at Kayuputi. Set against the backdrop of Kayuputi’s elegant beachfront dining room, the six-course dinner promises to be an exquisite showcase of Chef Osborn’s culinary mastery.
