Christian Schwenke, an accomplished hospitality professional, brings a wealth of international expertise to his new role. He has held leadership positions in eight Hilton properties across five countries, most recently as General Manager at Saski Krakow - Curio Collection by Hilton (2022 – 2024), Poland's first hotel under the Curio Collection brand. His prior achievements include overseeing the successful renovation and repositioning of Hilton Prague Old Town. His journey with Hilton began as an apprentice at Hilton Weimar followed by commercial and operational roles at properties such as Hilton Antwerp, Hilton Bremen, and Hilton Budapest Germany.

Christian Schwenke succeeds Gregor Andréewitch, who led Waldorf Astoria Berlin for more than 11 years, establishing it as one of Germany's most luxurious and iconic destination.
