Luxury superyacht M.Y. Sea Raes has arrived in Sydney, bringing the unmatched style and hospitality of Raes on Wategos to the city's harbour for the summer season. Available for day, overnight, and private charters, Sea Raes offers an unforgettable experience for festive cocktail events, long lunches, and intimate getaways on the sparkling waters of Sydney and beyond. Following a recent renovation, Sea Raes now delivers improved performance and upgraded comfort for guests.
Offering a European-inspired escape on Australian shores, each charter on Sea Raes includes a full crew dedicated to providing personalised service and an exceptional guest experience. With an expansive 101ft tri-deck design, the yacht comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests for overnight stays, and up to 30 for day charters.
Guests can indulge in curated seasonal menus by Raes' two-hatted executive chef, Jason Saxby, showcasing sustainably sourced local ingredients. Options include elegant canapé selections and refined sit-down dining experiences, with bespoke menus available to suit individual preferences and dietary needs. Menu highlights include: kingfish crudo with kohlrabi, apple, horseradish and dill; chilled bay lobster with heirloom tomato, pickled onion and parsley; and tagliolini with spanner crab, shellfish XO, tomato, pangrattato and chilli.
“Sea Raes is not just a yacht; it's an extension of our seaside home in Wategos, which makes the experience unlike any other here in Australia,” says Marty McCaig, Raes general manager. “Every touchpoint has been carefully considered, from Raes signature hospitality, to curated dining overseen by our executive chef Jason Saxby, and interiors designed by our long-term collaborator Tamsin Johnson. Together, these elements reflect our dedication to creating an unforgettable summer aboard M.Y. Sea Raes.”
After undergoing a recent renovation to enhance performance and guest experience, Sea Raes now boasts a refurbished sundeck area with modular furniture designed to optimise socialising and enhance views. Restored teak decking adds to the yacht's Mediterranean ambience, complementing interiors by designer Tamsin Johnson. With a master cabin, VIP cabin, and two twin cabins, all with ensuites, Sea Raes provides an indulgent environment for overnight guests. The yacht also comes fully equipped with watersports amenities, including an 8.8m Gemini RIB Tender with twin Verado 225 outboards, paddleboards, and snorkeling gear.
