On The Go Café, the hotels lobby coffee spot also has a slew of festive goodies for takeaway, including the 2024 Festive Wave Yule Log crafted by newly appointed Executive Pastry Chef Nicolas Blanc – an indulgent blend of milk chocolate mousse, tropical and dark chocolate crémeuxs, passionfruit gel and crunchy chocolate biscuit with almond croustillant.
