The Hotel Folk is home to six beautiful properties, each offering its own unique charm, top-tier accommodation, and excellent dining experiences: 

• The Swan Hotel and Spa – a luxurious 15th-century property in Lavenham, complete with a serene spa, elegant Gallery restaurant, and contemporary Brasserie 487. Steeped in history it is home to the Airmen's bar, named after servicemen of the 'Mighty Eighth' Air Force, and particularly the 487 Bombardment Group of the United States Army Air Force, stationed in Lavenham between 1944 and 1945. 

• The Brudenell Hotel – located in the seaside town of Aldeburgh, enjoy breath-taking sea views and exquisite dining experiences right by the beach. 

• The Crown and Castle – newly added to the Michelin Hotel Guide, this delightful hotel in the historic fishing village of Orford is ideal for tranquil getaways for foodies and those wanting to don their wellies and get out and explore the Suffolk coast and countryside. 

• The White Lion Hotel – a coastal town hotel, boasting sea views and situated just a few steps away from stunning Aldeburgh beach. It's home to the exotic Indian restaurant, Sea Spice and The Brasserie – serving restaurant quality dishes of home comfort favourites. 

• Thorpeness Golf Club & Hotel – an ideal spot for golf lovers, surrounded by Suffolk's natural beauty. The hotel and golf club is an award-winning championship golf course designed by the renowned James Braid in 1922, situated in one of the most magical villages in Suffolk which was the inspiration for J.M.Barrie's Peter Pan. It is also home to Ogilvie's, the spectacular 'Tee View' restaurant. 

• The Crown at Woodbridge – The group's only town-based location perfectly placed close to the hub of the town, while being a short walk from Woodbridge quay. This restaurant with rooms offers all that is great about escaping to the country, with all that is good about staying in a wonderful market town. With old fashioned inn keeping in a modern setting.
