El Aghoury's remarkable contributions extend beyond Dubai. He led Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa, where he spearheaded renovations and strategic initiatives that significantly increased occupancy and revenue. His expertise in hospitality management, food and beverage operations, and property rebranding has made him a driving force in the industry.

During his tenure as Cluster General Manager for The Meydan Hotel & Hospitality Cluster, El Aghoury oversaw prominent properties such as The Meydan Hotel, Bab Al Shams Resort & Spa, and Meydan Beach Club.

El Aghoury's accolades include the prestigious Best General Manager Award in the UAE by the Luxury Lifestyle and Hospitality Excellence Awards in 2021, and multiple World Travel Awards, underscoring his commitment to hospitality excellence.
