15 floors up and boasting views of the capital, the QT Lounge will be home to QTea High Tea x Space Kitchen. From on Saturday, 9 November, guests can select from 28 teas curated by Director of Food & Beverage and Tea Sommelier, Ram Agrawal and Australian Tea Masters, the prettiest of cocktails featuring special brews. Ram said, “Our team at QTea High Tea will take you on your own personal tea journey, with the largest tea menu in Canberra, boasting 28 different flavours, which are all exclusive to our QTea High Tea.”
QT Canberra's unique high tea is a collaboration between the designer hotel and Canberra's creative dessert artisans, Space Kitchen. Executive Chef of QT Canberra, Josh Smith-Thirkell's tiers of treats include Wagyu bresaola bites to picture perfect serves of duck liver parfait - this is a high tea without a cucumber sandwich in sight.
After the savouries are savoured, guests will lock eyes with the cake trolley for love at first bite. Indulge in decadent servings of The Unicorn, a cake with colourful layers of strawberries and cream, and slices of the rich Red Velvet, exclusively created for QTea High Tea.
QTea High Tea x Space Kitchen will welcome guests on Saturday, 9 November, and every Saturday after, with sittings at 12pm and 12:30pm. QTea High Tea x Space Kitchen is available to book here.
