USM Haller is recognized as one of the global leaders in modular furniture system inspired by architecture – consisting of steel tubes, metal balls and colorful metal panels, which can be assembled to create a wide range of furniture pieces, including shelves, storage unit and desks. Under the direction of CEO Alexander Schärer, USM Haller continues to evolve, while remaining true to its brand and invites users to challenge their own creation. This growing popularity of discovering and experiencing USM furniture in real-world settings led Schärer to embark on a deeply personal passion project with the late architect and designer, Ali Tayer, to open THE OMNIA in 2006. Together, USM and THE OMNIA have both achieved iconic status within the exciting worlds of furniture design and hospitality.
