The channel made its debut at Winchester's Westgate, a fortified 12th-century gateway with a storied past. Using a mix of drone and hand-held camera footage, Amy can be seen hula-hooping on the rooftop, inside the museum, and beneath the historic arch – once an integral part of the city's defensive walls.

With Hoops N' History, Amy aims to spark curiosity and inspire a new generation of history lovers, offering a playful but informative way to learn about Britain's past. “We've already recorded 12 episodes, and I can't wait to share them with everyone week by week.
