London, UK – September 2024: Award-winning travel PR and specialist marketing firm, LOTUS, has been appointed as the retained UK PR Agency of AIRE Ancient Baths with immediate effect.
The new collaboration builds on the successful partnership between AIRE Ancient Baths and LOTUS, following the agency's instrumental role in launching the London location in 2021. This launch garnered significant recognition, including a nomination for 'Digital PR Campaign of the Year' at the UK's TravMedia Awards 2022. Under this new remit, LOTUS will spearhead efforts to elevate AIRE's brand presence and visibility through targeted partnerships, influencer-driven events and digital engagement, as AIRE Ancient Baths continues to captivate the UK wellness market.
Inspired by the tradition of bathing in Ancient Greek, Roman and Ottoman civilisations, AIRE Ancient Baths reimagine the classic tradition of the thermal baths in a contemporary manner. The AIRE experiences take place in restored historical buildings in outstanding capital cities and locations across the globe. The locations include London, New York, Chicago, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Vallromanes (Catalonia), Seville and Almeria (Andalucia).
The company has a strong international presence with eight established spa centres. The four Spanish locations include a restored 19th-century warehouse next to El Born market in Barcelona, a rural farmhouse that dates back to 1467 in Vallromanes (30 km from Barcelona), a Mudejar house-palace in the heart of the Santa Cruz neighbourhood of Seville, and a centre set in the ruins of the old souk of Almeria in Andalucia. The company also has a presence in the USA with a property in the heart of New York City (TriBeCa) which was a former textile factory and another in Chicago (River West), also industrial in nature. For the last quarter of 2024, further international expansion is underway with the planned launch of a second New York location in the popular Upper East Side.
