As Cycas continues its rapid growth across Europe, the company is celebrating the appointment of two key senior team members within its Development & Feasibility team. Craig Patterson has been appointed as Chief Development Officer (CDO) and joins the Cycas Hospitality Executive Team, while Jeroen Steensma steps into the role of Director of Feasibility & Development. These strategic promotions underscore Cycas Hospitality's commitment to nurturing talent from within, marking the start of an ambitious expansion plan for the team in the months ahead to support continued growth across Europe.  

Stepping up from his previous position as Vice President - Development & Property, Craig Patterson has played an integral part in the company's expansion strategy over his past six years in the Development team and nine-year career within Cycas. In his new role as CDO, Craig will lead the Development team, spearheading initiatives to identify and secure new opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and ensure the successful delivery of Cycas Hospitality's ambitious growth plans.  

Promoted to Director of Feasibility & Development, Jeroen Steensma has consistently demonstrated outstanding analytical skills and a strong strategic mindset since joining Cycas in 2021 and successfully completing the Cyfari leadership development programme in 2023. In his new Director role, Jeroen will focus on conducting in-depth market analysis, evaluating potential projects, and ensuring that Cycas Hospitality continues to invest in ventures that align with the company's long-term vision. His ability to balance risk and opportunity will be crucial in steering Cycas Hospitality's expansion in key markets.
