Taking place on Friday 6th September, this one-night event offers guests an unforgettable gourmet experience with renowned champagnes from the House of Taittinger.

Guests are invited to indulge in a sumptuous seven-course gastronomic affair meticulously curated by The Dining Room's acclaimed executive chef Tony Brazendale. Each course will be paired with a selected cuvée from the much-loved House of Taittinger – including the celebrated 2012 Comte de Champagne – designed to enhance the flavours and elevate the dining experience.

Lancemore is honoured to have Clovis Taittinger, a distinguished member of the Taittinger family join the evening digitally. Beaming into the Dining Room live from France, Clovis will lead guests on a journey through the history and wines of his prestigious family-owned champagne house, providing them the opportunity to learn from one of the leading figures in the world of champagne.

Located one-hour by car from Melbourne's CBD, the Dining Room of Lindenderry Red Hill is poised to provide an exceptional culinary and champagne experience surrounded by its expansive garden setting.
