Alluding to time-honoured recipes elevated with contemporary flair, the storied collections stars perennial favourites and new, limited edition baked and snow skin gems.

Luxurious Gifting

This year's mooncakes come in a stylish set of four baked or eight snow skin mooncakes, and are cradled within an elegant two-tiered chest available in two colours – a limited-edition Chilli Red or Forest Green.

Adorned with a four-leaf clover ring handle and intricate Chinese peony motifs, the box brings on a lifestyle living edge as a multifunctional and versatile piece that can be used as a vanity box, or repurposed as a charming tabletop centrepiece - ideal for gifting to corporate clients, friends and family.

Mooncake Collection

For this season's baked collection, look forward to signature classics and a new Black Sesame with White Lotus, featuring a velvety smooth white lotus paste delicately fused with earthy black sesame that will deliver nutty and subtly sweet notes.

With a focus on Classics, the baked selection also sees the addition of Assorted Nuts with X.O. Shrimp, inspired by Jiang-Nan Chun's signature X.O. sauce; a savoury rendition that promises a satisfying crunch of mixed nuts with every mouthful.  Also on the menu are house favourites such as the Silver Lotus Paste with Double Yolk and Silver Lotus Paste with Melon Seed.

Snow skin mooncake lovers can look forward to Jiang-Nan Chun's Almond Bird's Nest; known for its healing attributes such as enhancing one's complexion, this exquisite mooncake presents a silky custard that gently envelopes and complements the bird's nest centre. Alternatively, also debuting this season is the Osmanthus White Peach, a delightful marriage of floral flavours enhanced with the complementary natural sweetness of white peach.

Lovers of the “king of fruit” will be thrilled by the aromatic, smooth and creamy Mao Shan Wang Durian snow skin mooncake, while those with a sweet tooth can enjoy a decadent Chocolate Hazelnut Royaltine for a luscious satisfying treat.

Copenhagen Organic Sparkling Teas

Elevate the season and pair the exquisite mooncakes with organic sparkling teas by Copenhagen, a Danish label developed by award-winning sommelier, Jacob Kocemba and business partner Bo Sten Hensen. Enjoy the dry and delicate taste of LYSERØD made with exclusive white Silver Needle tea for a nice and soft mouthfeel, crisp notes of Jasmine and Chamomile of BLÅ, a blend of 13 different organic teas or indulge with GRØN (5% ALCl), an alcoholic sparkling tea with a strong green tea persona while bearing significant notes of citrus.
