AT THE FIVE-STAR HOTEL BELLEVUE IN LOŠINJ
A not-to-be-missed culinary extravaganza unfolds this summer over two evenings at Hotel Bellevue on the beautiful island of Lošinj off the coast of Croatia. The five-star luxury hotel, part of the stunning portfolio of Lošinj Hotels & Villas, will host two exquisite dinners of exceptional creations by Michelin-star chef, Theodore Falser, a renowned Michelin-star chef with an impeccable global reputation. Specialising in creating delicious Italian-inspired dishes with a fusion element, his culinary innovations are celebrated across the world. On Thursday, July 4th and Friday, July 5th, he will be taking over Bava Restaurant and Matsunoki Restaurant at the five-star Hotel Bellevue with a bespoke menu for each.
At Bava Restaurant on the 4th of July, Michelin-star Chef Theodor Falser invites guests to immerse themselves in the flavours of Italy at his revamped restaurant concept that celebrates traditional Italian cuisine while embracing innovative and forward-facing concepts.
The comprehensive menu features classic antipasti, a curated selection of pasta and risotto, and main courses that showcase a delightful array of fish, meat, and vegan options. Chef Falster will guide guests on a culinary odyssey through classic Italian flavours with a modern twist, highlighting a tantalising selection of standout dishes.
Accompanied by wine the fine dining feast is €220.50 per person, while the menu without wine pairing is €136.50.
On July 5th at 18.30 the focus switches from Italy to Asia to embark on Chef Falser's multi-course edible experience through Pan-Asian cuisine at the Michelin Plate-awarded Japanese restaurant Matsunoki.
The artistry of Japanese cuisine is on display in a modern, elegant space featuring a sushi bar and open kitchen, with traditional dishes combining authentic Japanese foods with fresh Mediterranean ingredients from local organic farms.
For €262.50 per person, guests can savour Chef Falser's exotically-curated menu complemented by a selection of wines, or they can opt for the menu without the wine pairing, for €178.50 per person.
