The Principality of Monaco is set to welcome back the 17th edition of the Monte-Carlo Summer Festival, promising a northern summer filled with world-class entertainment and cultural experiences.
From 6th July to 16th August 2024, the iconic Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer venues, the Opéra Garnier Monte-Carlo and the Salle des Étoiles with its open-air roof, will come alive with a dazzling lineup of performances, showcasing the best of music, dance, and theatrical arts from around the globe.
Discover some of the 2024 highlights:
- 9 July: Sam Smith, the famous British singer-songwriter, will perform for the first time at Salle des Étoiles, to sing his greatest hits along with excerpts from his latest successful album, The Thrill Of It All.
- 16 July: Diana Krall, the globally recognized jazz icon, continues to dazzle the music world with her unmatched talent.
- 19 July: Jamiroquai, the Grammy Award winning singer will give an incredible concert for the first time at the Monaco Red Cross Gala, presided by H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco.
- 25 July: After a triumphant tour in the United States for the release of their latest album, the legendary pop-rock group Duran Duran will perform in Monaco.
- 29 July: South African comedian and former host of The Daily Show, one of America's leading comedy shows, Trevor Noah returns to Monaco as part of his Off The Record Tour.
- 15 & 16 August: Lenny Kravitz, the timeless rock'n'roll icon, returns with his 12th studio album, Blue Electric Light. Fans will have the chance to see him on stage in Monaco for two concerts.

Monaco Awarded in European Best Destination 2024
Achieving over 12% of the vote (133,885 votes), travellers from around the world ranked Monaco in 2nd position out of 500 European destinations. Organised by the non-profit organisation Best European Destinations, and based on the vote of over one million travellers from 172 countries, Monaco has been ranked second best destination to visit in Europe in 2024, ahead of Geneva, London and Florence. This year's #2 destination, Monaco, was shortlisted as a Sustainable Destination for its commitment to sustainable tourism and protection of the ocean.
