Accor Group's prestigious brands; Sofitel and MGallery have appointed Reed PR & Communications to manage their UK public relations. 

The recently launched boutique agency, specializing in travel and hospitality will lead the UK press office function for both esteemed luxury international hotel brands, and will focus on growing awareness and enhancing brand recognition for each, leveraging its broad comms expertise and in-depth market knowledge to captivate audiences and generate buzz across UK media.  

The Sofitel Legend sub-brand, known for accentuating its past stories and legendary service, will also be a focus for Reed PR in 2024, narrating the rich history of its iconic hotels and the timeless experiences the brand has to offer – such as the 125th anniversary of the Old Cataract Aswan on the banks of the Nile. 

Key activities planned for the partnership include spotlighting new property openings such as the MGallery Nairobi Gem Forest and Sofitel Riyadh opening this October. The agency will also bring to life the 60th anniversary of Sofitel, an iconic milestone that epitomizes six decades of French luxury and hospitality. 

Steering the course at Reed PR is Founder & Director, Carly Reed, with a 20-year career in communications dedicated to refining the narrative of global brands both from an in-house perspective, and at the helm of a large international agency.
