ITALIAN RENAISSANCE ALIVE – HOTA, SURFERS PARADISE

From the creators and producers of the most visited multi-sensory experience in the world – Van Gogh Alive – Grande Experiences brings to life an interactive exhibition featuring cutting-edge projections from the Renaissance period. Audiences will be captivated by the beauty and brilliance from arguably the most significant artistic period in history, as they journey through a tour across Italy and explore some of the most notable masterpieces from famed historic artists including Michelangelo, Leonardo Da Vinci, Botticelli and Caravaggio. Renaissance Alive transports visitors to the splendour of the 14th to 17th centuries in an immersive, multi-sensory experience that aims to captivate, educate, and entertain.

PIPI'S RESTAURANT - COOLANGATTA

Known for delivering elevated dining experiences, the Gambaro team are thrilled to finally open the doors to their new Gold Coast location and share their passion for great food at the iconic location atop Point Danger in Coolangatta. Drawing upon their extensive 70-year background in the hospitality industry, the Gambaro Group have created a unique concept inspired by the allure of the Mediterranean. With a design inspired by the colours and textures of a pipi shell, the venue has a soft, airy feel and a strong connection to the ocean, brought to life with 180-degree panoramic views of the incredible coastline. Their culinary team will use the proven Montague broiler, working in tandem with the Jasper grill, to create distinctive flavours. The extensive drinks list spans key regions of Australia known for producing exceptional wines, as well as a curated selection of fine wine from Italy, Spain, and France.

ICEBAR - SURFERS PARADISE

IceBar Surfers Paradise keeps things fun and frosty all year round with an immersive, winter wonderland themed bar made entirely of ice! Serving ice-cold sips and sub-zero ambience at -10°C year-round, IceBar was constructed with over 40 tonnes of ice, with everything from the bar to the chairs made from ice. But never fear, the team rugs guests up in gloves, Ugg boots and a snow cape before sending them inside for their 45 minute arctic experience. Whilst alcoholic drinks are available, this chilled venue is also perfect for families, providing a novelty experience that kids in this tropical part of the world rarely get to enjoy!

MIRROR BAR - SURFERS PARADISE 

Located in the heart of Surfers Paradise and the only venue of its kind, Mirror Bar offers a truly unique experience. The entire venue is made of mirrors; the floor, the ceiling, the walls and even the bar itself… one drink and you'll be seeing double! Mirror Bar know it's tough keeping everyone happy and finding an activity that the whole family can enjoy, and thankfully the venue was built keeping everyone in mind – from adults to kids, couples to friends and family.
