History:

It is said that the King of Thailand often graced its oak floorboards, as did the Duke of Edinburgh. The Grade ll listed estate was bought and refurbished in 1996 by Roger and Monty Saul, the founders of the Mulberry Design Company – many of their signature craftworks have been kept in place.

Since purchasing the estate from the Bannatyne Group in February 2023, considerable investment and effort to improve the facilities have already been made by KOP Limited, using local businesses and materials wherever possible, with even more stunning restorative refurbishments still to come.
