Cameron moved to the Central Coast 17 years ago when Karina and Brian Barry founded Bells at Killcare Boutique Hotel, Restaurant & Spa. He was the rst Head Chef to open the kitchen at Bells under the then Culinary Director, Stefano Manfredi. Together, Cameron and Stefano established a popular multi-award winning restaurant and the famed Bells kitchen garden, which had a huge in uence on changing the dining scene on the Central Coast.

Whilst at Bells at Killcare, Cameron met then Restaurant manager Hayley Hardcastle, and in 2014 they married and went on to open other lauded establishments such as Bombini, Fish Dining and Saddles at Mount White, with Cameron also being awarded 2016 Electrolux Restaurateur of the Year.

The timing could not be more perfect with the opening of The Lodges at Bells, four luxurious two-bedroom, trilevel lodges featuring their own heated pools and views to Palm Beach, the Hawkesbury River and Sydney. Guests of  The Lodges enjoy an all-inclusive food and beverage offering and will have the option of booking an exclusive  in-lodge private 3-course chefs dinner with Cameron.

In the coming weeks, you can expect the menu at Wild Flower Bar & Dining to feature Near River Suckling Pig with local honey and garden sage, handmade pasta and Plateau de Fruits de Mer. Cameron will also be adding his touch to the Wild Flower Breakfast Menu, with this service time now open for breakfast to the general public, as well as hotel guests.

We look forward to this next chapter with Cameron leading the culinary direction in the kitchen for our guests. Cameron's simple and ethical approach to food, seasonally focused menus and his humble nature will be the perfect complement to our team.
