A complimentary roast at the Millbrook Inn, South Pool on Mothering Sunday, if you book a stay in a cottage

The Millbrook Inn at South Pool is offering a free Sunday roast on Mothering Sunday for those who book a three-night stay in one of its recently unveiled cottages. The pub, recently listed in the the Times 25 best Sunday roasts as voted by top chefs in the UK, now offers luxurious accommodation just across the road in its two cottages, Land and Sea.

Mums who stay will also receive a bouquet of homegrown flowers from the pub's own Fowlescombe Farm and a hamper filled to the brim with homegrown produce to take home, including delicacies from the family's Rare and Pasture, an artisan organic charcuterie, and smokery. The restaurant offers the best locally-sourced food, with much from Fowlescombe Farm.

Its Sunday roasts, served from 12 pm to 4:30 pm, offer a choice of home-smoked pork, beef, and braised leg of lamb served with roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, roasted roots, Yorkshire pudding, stuffing, greens, and gravy to share. There's also a fresh fish choice and a vegetarian option. Laid-back live music is played all afternoon on Sundays, allowing for a relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to stop, stay, and enjoy.

The Millbrook Inn cottages are the height of comfort and design, with everything you need for a memorable stay including a breakfast hamper. Situated just a stone's throw from the South West Coast Path and at the head of an idyllic creek gently flowing to Salcombe, the pub and cottages are dog-friendly so your canine friend can also enjoy joining you in the celebrations.
