Manchester's newest rooftop bar Sora will open on 1st February 2024, specialising in Pan-Asian Tapas & Cocktails.

Sora introduces a dining concept that celebrates the rich tapestry of Asian flavours, where small plates take centre stage.

The menu is thoughtfully curated and complemented by seasonal specials, showcasing a fresh fusion of flavours through its selection of sushi, Robatayaki and pan-Asian style dishes to mix and match.

Alongside their evening menu, Sora will also offer lunch specials from £25 per person where guests can build their own bento box by choosing one dish from the Sushi, Robata and Crispy sections, served with a choice of sides and something deliciously refreshing to drink.

Sora's mixologists will craft a repertoire of signature and classic cocktails, served in an elegant and sophisticated ambiance. Signature cocktails include the Cherry Blossom Negroni, Chocolate & Chilli Old Fashioned and a Coconut Espresso Martini. Other speciality cocktails include Yuzu & Raspberry Collins made with Roku Japanese Gin, and Toki Mule made with Toki blended Japanese Whisky.

The bar will also serve an extensive wine and champagne list along with draught and bottled beers and a comprehensive sake selection.
