Jetstar Asia Partners with Ink to Reintroduce Popular Inflight Magazine

Jetstar

Jetstar Asia's Head of Customer Experience, Richard Mungcal, said with demand for air travel showing no signs of slowing, inflight magazines were an integral part of the onboard entertainment experience.

“Research shows inflight magazines are read by more than 90 per cent of our passengers and are an important part of their journey as they look for inspiration for their next trip or ideas on how to make their travel experience even better,” Mr. Mungcal said. “2024 is the perfect time to relaunch this much-loved publication as we continue to welcome more aircraft, more customers, expand our network with exciting new destinations and celebrate our 20th year of offering incredible low fares travel across the region.”

“With Ink's experience working with leading airline brands around the world, we're looking forward to collaborating to ensure we continue to add value to our customer's experience.”

Ink CEO, Michael Keating said they were delighted to partner with Jetstar Asia once again to inspire travel across the region and open up exciting new commercial opportunities.

“Travel across Asia Pacific has rebounded in a very big way this year and we're excited to partner with Jetstar Asia as they continue to grow,” Mr. Keating said.

“It's great to see print magazines back on board, as there is no better way to engage with and inspire travellers inflight – and this is certainly a trend we're seeing with many other airline partners.”

As part of the collaboration, Ink will also offer brands and businesses the opportunity to connect with travellers through several innovative media touchpoints across the entire booking and travel journey.
