Pine Cliffs Resort, a Luxury Collection Resort in the Algarve, has launched two NEW innovative wellness retreat programmes to re-boot and re-calibrate the most frazzled souls in 2024.
The programmes called 'Explore Nature' and 'Serenity Retreat' are run by Serenity SPA and reflect current consumer trends for wellness experiences in nature to help switch off from a fast-paced life. They are both designed to help relief stress, improve sleep and re-energise. They are *available all year round at Pine Cliffs and each programme lasts for a duration of either three, five, or seven nights.
The new 'Explore Nature' programme focuses on outdoor activities and has been carefully designed to provide an invigorating experience to guests in the natural environment and encapsulate the stunning setting. It includes bike rides through picturesque trails in the aromatic pine woods, bootcamp classes to strengthen and tone the body with views over the Atlantic Ocean, and walks and runs with spectacular views of the cliffs with the sound of waves in the background.

Prices for this programme start from €684/ £590 for a 3-night stay and €1438/ £1235 for a 5-night stay.
Meanwhile, the 'Serenity Retreat' programme is perfect for those wishing to recover balance, relax and renew their energy, and replenish their spirit. Guests can experience a range of treatments drawn from diverse healing traditions, and a variety of activities to de-stress, replenish depleted energy levels and boost the immune system.
A three nights stay undertaking the 'Serenity Retreat' programme includes:
- Guest Welcome and Introduction
- Nutrition Consultation (personalized nutrition plan to take home)
- Personal Training 60min
- Yoga Class 60min
- 'Senses of the Algarve' massage 80min
- CBD Gold Age Restore Facial 80min
- Thermal Oasis Access
- Personalized Retail Product
Prices for this programme start from €820/ £705 for a 3-night stay, €1444/ £1245 for a 5-night stay, and €2037/ £1753 for a 7-night's stay.
Prices for the programmes include breakfast, lunch and dinner (no drinks) and seasonal meal plans designed by a nutritionist.
Other retreats and wellbeing programmes available include a detox which combine various therapies, nutritional supplements, and fitness classes, weight management, yoga breaks and a Bootcamp Insanity programme.
Plus, included during the stay is complementary access to Thermal Oasis at Serenity (steam room, Kneipp pool, hydrotherapy pool, herbal sauna, sauna with Himalayan salt, ice fountain, experience showers, outdoor jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor relaxation areas), Health Club Active by Serenity (gym, indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi), outdoor pools and beach.
And those that have any energy left can utilise the extensive leisure facilities of the resort including eight pools, nine- hole golf course and tennis academy.
