PKL Park (Expected Opening: Q2 2024)
Neighboring Unity Park, PKL Park, a unique pickleball complex, is set to take the former site of Mark V Studios, the first independent recording studio in Greenville, SC. The complex's design includes eight professional pickleball courts, four restaurants, full bar, a stage housing a 20 foot TV wall, and 10,000 square feet of outdoor space. 

Redevelopment of County Square (Expected Opening: 2024) County Square's renovations  include unique venues such as Pins Mechanical, housing more than 40 pinball machines, and Fairway Social, a golf simulator experience. The site already includes Whole Foods Market and Perch Kitchen and Tap. Multiple restaurants, venues, and experiences are set to announce their openings inside the 3.5 million square foot space in time for its opening.

Trueline Music Venue (Expected Opening: Q4 2024) The new music space will be home to a 1,700-seat main hall, 400-seat intimate performance space, VIP club, multiple bars, rooftop terrace, and courtyard. Bridgeway Station- Entertainment/Food Hall (Expected opening: Q1 2024) A walkable, downtown Main Street in the heart of the fastest-growing community in Greenville, Dine Development's new venue will feature a Public House with 100 different beer selections and five casual food concepts: Bourbon St. Burgers, The Flying Philly, American Taco, The Market, and Crazy Cow Creamery. City Market at BridgeWay Station will occupy approximately 9,500 square feet of ground floor retail space on the project's main public square. AMP, A Music Project (Expected Opening: 2030) The Peace Center, Greenville's performing arts center,  announced a major renovation project to repurpose three buildings on its campus for a flat floor music club, an intimate listening room, a podcast and recording studio, and artist dorm. AMP is an important progression in fulfilling the Peace Center's central vision to build the local music scene, create connections and expand the reach of the performing arts in the South. https://www.peacecenter.org/amp

Curean Greenville (Opening Date: December 2023)  Curean, a build-your-own charcuterie and small plates restaurant is coming to Greenville by the end of the year. The Commons 2.0 Newest Additions  (Spring 2024)  The Commons' nearly 9,000 sq ft expansion will be home to 6 more restaurants once opening in Spring 2024. The newest additions will include Indigo Kitchen, LaRue at the Commons, Kuka Juice, MooHogz Craft BBQ, Luna Pizzeria, and Noodle Night. The Matador  (Expected Opening: December 2023)  The Seattle based tequila-focused bar and restaurant is set to open later this year in the space formerly occupied by Husk. Zak Melang, Matador co-founder, plans to bring up to 150 tequilas and 70 mezcal and agave spirits to the Greenville residence. This spot is sure to be a fan favorite with promises of unique Mexican-inspired dishes and a rooftop bar.

Bridgeway Brewing Co.  (Expected Opening: December 2023) As you sip a craft beer from the full brewery on site, indulge in shareables like soft pretzels + egg rolls, plus feast on familiar favorites like burgers, wings, and seafood. For entertainment, get rollin' at the four duck pin bowling lanes, and catch a game on one of the 15 TVs.

C & C Italian Deli & Sandwich Shop (November 2023) Modeled after a New York deli, Owners Christopher Kandell and Christopher Gould are trying to tackle “food-homesickness” and offer NY delicacies like heroes, hoagies, and authentic New York bread. 

Roost Announces New Executive Chef Zachary Leeper  (October 2023) Known for his culinary creations that blend tradition and innovation, Chef Zachary Leepper has been announced as Roost's  new executive chef. During Chef Leepper's two decades of experience, he has worked under world-renowned Executive Chef Grant Achatz at Alinea in Chicago, IL, a James Beard award-winning and Michelin 3-star restaurant where he appeared in a Netflix production of Chef's Table. https://roostrestaurant.com/ 

Daydrinkers (Opened: August 2023) Greenville barista veterans, Nikki Martina and Katie Capelli, have opened up their own coffee shop in Sans Souci.
