Available on Saturday afternoons from 12:30pm to 3:30pm at The Cliveden Bar & Dining, the mouthwatering menu has been brought to life by the hotel's Executive Chef, Mihir Mandal and his culinary team.

“I have a passion for high tea and an unwavering commitment to approaching it with a unique and stylish flair. My aim was to celebrate the Native Australian produce, influenced by the rich heritage of  Australia's First Nations,” said Chef Mihir.

Lemon myrtle's bold essence, finger lime's zing, aniseed myrtle's depth, and the comforting wattleseed intertwine in a carefully curated selection of delights. Each creation is a product of meticulous research into Indigenous ingredients, harmonising seamlessly to provide a tasty experience.  

Whilst dining at Pullman Melbourne on the Park, savour a selection of finely cut Dja Dja Wurrung chicken sandwiches, freshly baked Saltbush infused pork and pear sausage rolls, and a mouth-watering range of exquisitely made teacakes and treats. 

From delectable raspberry tarts brimming with handmade native raspberry confiture, rosella, and raspberry gel to just-out-of-the-oven lemon myrtle and lemonade scones accompanied by fragrant aniseed myrtle infused lemon curd, velvety clotted cream, and a variety of jams, the Boujee Bush Botanicals High Tea menu celebrates the rich diversity of Australia's native flavours.
