November 2023: Hyatt Regency Lisbon , Portugal's premier 5-star hotel located on Belém riverside, and the hotel's grand cafe-style, Viseversa Bar & Restaurant, has scooped multiple awards at the prestigious “World Luxury Awards” in Athens.

Hyatt Regency Lisbon was named the winner in two categories “Luxury New Hotel” in Southern Europe and “Luxury Destination Hotel” in Portugal, whilst the hotel's on-site, Viseversa Bar & Restaurant, was recognised globally as a winner in the “Luxury Bar” category and the “Outstanding Architecture” category in the European edition of the awards, as well as best “Luxury Hotel Restaurant” in Portugal. In addition, Serenity – The Art of Well Being latest spa facility at the hotel, was the winner in the “Luxury City Hotel Spa” category in Portugal and “Best Spa Design Theme” globally.
