Coming to Major U.S. Cities, the Exhibition Promotes Brazil's Diverse and Sustainable Beauty
LOS ANGELES, CA - The Visit Brasil Gallery is set to embark on a U.S. tour, showcasing the multifaceted splendor of Brazil to American audiences. With successful showcases in Paris, Rome, and New York, this endeavor presents Brazil as the vibrant masterpiece it truly is.
This project, an innovative collaboration between the Brazilian Tourist Board (Visit Brasil/Embratur) and the Brazilian Micro and Small Business Support Service (Sebrae), has three major promotional goals:
-
Highlighting Afrotourism: A deep dive into the African roots that beautifully influence Brazilian culture, emphasizing a tapestry of people, tradition, and histories.
-
Brazilian Gastronomy: Delight in the essence of Brazil's culinary heritage. A journey through the country's flavors, textures, and aromas, celebrating its unparalleled cuisine that tantalizes taste buds across the globe.
-
The Coffee Nation: Coffee and tourism come together at the "Spectaculaire Bar & Café." This collaboration is a partnership between Embratur and the Brazilian Specialty Coffee Association (BSCA).
Engaging rhythms, awe-inspiring landscapes, and a rich tapestry of culture, Galeria Visit Brasil offers a captivating insight into the nation's heart and soul. “Embratur's dedication to showcasing Brazil's brilliance while championing sustainability and environmental protection is evident in this groundbreaking initiative. The gallery is not just an experience but a testament to Brazil's commitment to its heritage, future, and place on the global stage,” says Marcelo Freixo, president of the agency.
The U.S. tour started in New York and now is ready to take Los Angeles and Miami. Dates are as follows:
-
Los Angeles: November 2nd to 4th
-
Miami: November 9th to 11th
Upon entering the gallery, attendees are greeted by the Brasil Espetacular mural, a vibrant representation of Brazil crafted by the talented Bruna Moreira. From this welcoming vista, the immersive journey into the heart of Brazil begins. Through an interactive kiosk, visitors can create a personalized travel itinerary based on their tastes and preferences. As a token of participation in the kiosk activity, visitors will also receive an eco-friendly bag featuring artwork that represents Brazil's diversity.
To bring this groundbreaking project promoting Brazil abroad to life, Visit Brasil Gallery has partnered with organizations that share the same concerns for sustainability and environmental protection. This partnership combines tourism, fashion, and sustainability through an exhibition by the brand Osklen, known for its unique design and innovative incorporation of sustainable materials into its products.
