Comprising two spacious villas – The Residence and The Cottage – the property is designed to be rented exclusively by one group. With four bedrooms and a mix of communal living and quieter, more private spaces, the main abode, The Residence, sleeps up to 8 guests. Filled with amenities for guests of all ages to enjoy together – an infinity pool, wellness room, ping-pong table, and sunken dining area – an artful ambiance and state-of-the-art amenities and facilities, including a beautiful kitchen, butler's pantry and plenty of dining and lounging spaces, there's no need to leave.

The Cottage is a separate double- storey villa situated at the entrance of the Rolling Seas estate that sleeps up to 4 guests. Originally devised as a guest house, The Cottage carries itself as a standalone oasis complete with full kitchen, dining, and lounge facilities.

Prior to launch, Rolling Seas was styled by the Three Birds team, featured across their channels, and opens as one of the first Three Birds properties available to experience via guest bookings.
