GOLD COAST, AUSTRALIA - Eden Health Retreat is pleased to announce the appointment of renowned chef Ash Martin as their new Executive Chef. With over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry, Martin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the retreat's already impressive team.

Martin joins the team to lead the food and nutrition experience at a pivotal juncture of the 40-year operation. Heading towards a luxury wellness retreat, Eden Health Retreat is plans to expand its horizons later this year with a second property.

Martin's expertise and vision will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of the Food and Nutrition offering. With Eden Health Retreat leaning towards a fine dining healthy menu, Eden's new property is poised to provide a more traditional focus-led retreat experience to its discerning clientele. By blending the elements of opulence and well-being, the retreat aims to create a truly transformative experience for guests seeking a holistic approach to their health.

Martin is passionate about connecting people with food and the environment and will be working closely with local farmers and producers to source the highest quality ingredients.

Martin has spent 10 years building his culinary expertise in Melbourne under great chefs, including his mentor Julian Hills (now owner/chef of Restaurant Navi), before moving to the Spicers Retreats group for ten years. He has led his teams to numerous accolades and chef hats for his restaurants across the years.
