INNSiDE Ibiza will open following an extensive fresh and modern refurbishment across its 275 bedrooms, and a curated collection of happenings at its jewel in the crown: Rooftop Nine, a panoramic rooftop terrace with views of crystal turquoise sea by day and dreamy sunsets by night.

For those seeking a true Ibiza experience, the hotel has a brand new series of events, every day at Rooftop Nine; fused with Balearic soul and featuring live DJs and musicians, morning well-being sessions and more. All against the backdrop of its stunning infinity pool, hip cocktails and beautiful Bali beds - it's the place to be this summer.

This year, Rooftop Nine will launch its day-time pool sessions with a true Ibiza vibe, featuring chilled and uplifting tracks to take you from day to dusk. With a host of headliners, musicians and entertainment guests can watch the sun sink into the horizon soundtracked by the very best of house and disco. 

Kicking off the season on Saturday 13th May, rugby player-turned-DJ James Haskell will be taking to the decks playing an eclectic mix of house and classic house. A favourite on the Ibiza scene, Haskell is a must see for island visitors, previously commanding crowds at Ibiza Rocks and Cafe Mambo. Having recently signed with the globally renowned Toolroom Records, Haskell has become a must-have act and played at some of the best and most exclusive partiesworldwide including events with Soho House. Haskell has also taken to the airwaves producing a number of guest mixes for dance stations Kiss and Radio1. Haskell's monthly series at Rooftop Nine is set to provide a vibrant feel-good party against the backdrop of elevated views. Open to guests of INNSiDE by Meliá Ibiza, visitors and locals, Haskell's sunset sessions are an inclusive pre-party. 

Also taking to the decks on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Friday of every month, Rooftop Nine will play host to local Ibiza DJs showcasing the very best of Balearic beats. A distinctive fusion of house and chillout tones, Balearic beat is a perfect to enjoy around Rooftop Nine's infinity pool and against the slowly sinking sun. Picking up the tempo as the sunsets, house and techno beats will play poolside until 11pm. Especially curated by Islanders, Michelle and Jess who have spent years working with Ibiza's best residents, the Islanders' takeover promises to provide exciting experiences for the season ahead.

On the first week of the month, running on Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons, guests and visitors can flock to Rooftop Nine for the island's only rooftop market. Shop local Ibiza boho brands against the backdrop of unrivaled 360 views. Bohemian local creators include Island favourite AHO hats, iconic Ibiza sunglass brand Agga, and Sloppy Tunas - a fashionable swimwear brand made out of recycled plastic collected by local fisherman of the mediterranean sea, plus many more artisans.

Throughout the season, Rooftop Nine will be bustling with unique events to inspire creativity in everyone. Additional happenings on the rooftop include fire shows and body painting. 

During the day, guests benefit from a series of unique wellness activities, hosted around the rooftop infinity pool, at Rooftop Nine. Nourish the soul and body, as the gentle morning sea breeze washes over. Wellness activities include a variety of yoga classes, including yoga and pilates. Get in touch with your wild side with specialist animal flow. Specialist spin classes will also take place poolside, beachside and on the rooftop.

INNSiDE by Meliá Ibiza features sophisticated yet playful rooms, there are subtle accessories designed to put a smile on the face of guests throughout their stay; from winking towels to colourful vintage telephones, perfect for dialing in room service. Many of the rooms boast sea and sunset views.

As well as Rooftop Nine's beautiful infinity pool, the hotel also offers a large main pool surrounded by stylish parasols and sun loungers. The hotel also boasts an on-site state-of-the-art gym, with cardio training equipment, plus free weights. 

Rooftop Nine is also an idyllic spot to soak in the best Mediterranean views and indulge in a fusion menu of light snacks, sharing bites, authentic Spanish dishes and sweet treats.  Poolside snacks include elevated favourites such as panko battered squid with kimchi mayonnaise, a trio of croquettes and classic nachos. For those seeking an elevated dining experience as the sun dwindles into the sea, diners can enjoy a menu of impressive standout dishes from Rooftop Nine's kamado. Favourites include grilled local Ibiza lamb, slow-cooked grilled octopus with a sweet potato puree, sweet chilli and mayonnaise, grilled beef loin with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables plus a grilled salmon supreme. Also available throughout the day at Rooftop Nine are crowd pleasing classics such as classic burgers, club sandwiches, traditional Frankfurt hotdogs and more.
