Introducing GROUND Wellbeing

GROUND Wellbeing

February 2023…/ Founded in 2020 by Peigin Crowley, GROUND Wellbeing was born at the kitchen table and is the result of over 20 years' experience in the luxury spa industry.

Designed with the intention to make wellness and self-care accessible to all, GROUND Wellbeing seeks to relieve and assist with symptoms such as anxiety, insomnia, gut health and menopause with meticulously designed treatments such as The Restorative Ritual, The Grounding Ritual, The Balancing Ritual and The Cleansing Ritual.

Emerged from a quest to create unique products and at-home rituals that could be easily incorporated into a daily self-care routine, the at-home rituals took on an entirely new meaning when GROUND Wellbeing showed their commitment to Cancer Care with the development of The Barróg Collection (The Hug in Irish) in 2022. Developed to bring comfort and relief to compromised skin, the products also support wellbeing and enable self-care at a time when it is of paramount importance.

A collection of 100% natural, vegan products designed to nourish the body and soul using ritualised self-care, GROUND Wellbeing has quickly caught the attention of some of the most prestigious properties in wellness from The Rosewood in Hong Kong, St Barth and Hawaii to the Four Seasons in Boston, Whistler and Toronto and the Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills and Edinburgh. Taking a taste of its Cork origins to far flung corners of the world, the brand has now arrived here in the UK at Lime Wood's Herb House Spa.

New for 2023: GROUND Wellbeing partners with Lime Wood, UK

GROUND Wellbeing treatments are now available at Herb House, Lime Wood's award-winning spa. The first and only hotel spa in England to host the treatments, Herb House was chosen for its synergy with GROUND Wellbeing and the two brands' mutual dedication to natural wellbeing and holistic approach to health.

Surrounded by the stunning landscape of Hampshire's New Forest, Herb House is the ideal setting for guests to truly unwind. The GROUND Wellbeing treatments are innovative and focused, featuring elements of breathwork, rhythmical techniques, lymphatic drainage and gua sha.

Of GROUND's partnership with Lime Wood, Peigin says: 'We couldn't be prouder to partner with Herb House - the setting is incredible with nature singing to you from every window, the chef and kitchen team echoing wellness and gut health on the menu, but most of all - the team of veteran spa therapists who believe in the power of touch, delivering more than massage.”

Herb House will also offer guests the opportunity to continue their self-care at home with GROUND Wellbeing Rituals such as The Sleep Ritual and The Face Ritual available to purchase on site.
