Exclusive to Journey Latin America and operating with a maximum of 16 like-minded travellers, the Jabirú is a unique tour that explores three significant South American capital cities: Buenos Aires, Montevideo and Asunción, whilst also taking in Uruguay's coastal wine-growing region and the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Colonia del Sacramento. Fully escorted from start to finish by an award-winning Journey Latin America tour leader, the tour ventures inland to the well-preserved Jesuit Missions in Paraguay and the remote wetlands of Iberá in Argentina - a haven for wildlife including jaguars, capybaras and giant river otters. Solo travellers willing to share a room are not required to pay a single supplement. Alternatively, those wishing to have their own room, can pay a single supplement of £919. Pre and post tour tailor-made extensions to visit Iguazú Falls, Rio de Janeiro or an extended stay on an estancia are also available at an extra cost.
