The latest (and greatest) issue of get lost travel magazine is out, and it's a mammoth edition covering everything from impactful travel and Vanuatu bush tribes to luxury adventure in the Arctic.

The eighth issue continues to grow the get lost digital world, pushing the multimedia envelope with its mix of creative, engaging online storytelling.

 Highlights of this issue include:

  • 'The Impact Itinerary', a get lost guide to travel that is good for you and the world. This feature acknowledges the complexities of the travel industry but also tells readers how to adventure more intentionally (and impactfully).
  • New editor Tayla Gentle, and award-winning photographer / videographer Ben McNamara, head into the remote Vanuatu jungle in search of bush tribes.
  • Journalist, Laura Waters, discovers an Austrian ice cave deep below a glacier.
  • Award-winning film maker Roberto Serrini, explores the frozen Arctic north on board Quark Expeditions' Ultramarine
  • Tim McGlone, shares a meal with Nelson Mandela's former private chef.
  • A 'Hot Five' look at five surprising neighbourhoods in surprising places (did you know there is a Little Italy in Kenya); and six new Weird & Wonderful stays from around the world.

As with previous issues, global insurance company World Nomads and Olympus Cameras have joined as distribution partners to give the digital publication a global reach of over 1.5 million readers.

“This latest edition is another step forward for get lost. This is a content-rich experience that both entertains and inspires. The content created for Vanuatu Tourism, Quark Expeditions and Austria Tourism is some of our best, with full narrative video content complimenting quality journalism and imagery.” – Justin Jamieson, Publisher.
