Following a Which? survey among 8,000 people concerning the holidays they took between September 2019 and September 2022, Inntravel has come out top of the Self-Guided Tours category. Inntravel has also been endorsed as the only Which? Recommended Provider for Self-Guided Tours - the third consecutive year they have received this prestigious endorsement by the consumer champion. The results of the survey are published in the January 2023 issue of Which? magazine. 

The survey, conducted in September 2022, was part of a review of 'The best package holiday companies'. Respondents were asked to rate their providers on categories including Customer service, Accommodation, Organisation of holiday, and Value for money. The published table shows that Inntravel was the only company in the Self-Guided Tours section to score the maximum five stars for Customer service and for Organisation of holiday.
