Vesta has been awarded 'Five Star' status for its entries in the 2022-2023 International Property Awards for 'Best Residential Interior Show Home for Hertfordshire' and 'Best Residential Interior Apartment for London'.

The London-based interior design firm also picked up 'Best Residential Interior Apartment for the UK' after winning the London category.

The International Property Awards is an annual event to celebrate the highest levels of achievement amongst residential and commercial property professionals around the world, open to companies operating in all sectors of the real estate industry.

Continuing its successes over the last three years, Vesta – under its sister brand, INVESTA - has been awarded 'Five Star' in the show home category with its city-meets-country inspired one-bed apartment at the 'Waterside at Riverwell' development by Bellway Homes in Watford.

To capture city workers and the first-time buyer market, Vesta designed an apartment inspired by the local area's picturesque countryside location and used fresh, earthy, and organic influences.

The interior design firm was also crowned with the 'Five Star' status in the Best Residential Interior Apartment for London' category, with its penthouse project, Belvedere Row.

Working with its private client, Vesta transformed a one-of-a-kind, two-story penthouse apartment located at the prestigious St James development, White City Living. The interiors are chic, tonal, and reminiscent of the style and comfort of a luxury hotel.

The Belvedere Row project was also awarded 'Five Star' for the 'Best Residential Interior Apartment UK', beating all its fellow contenders across the country and automatically entering them into the European competition in which results are revealed in early 2023.

The UK International Property Award winners were announced at a glamourous ceremony on Friday, 28th October 2022 at The Royal Lancaster Hotel, London.
