One of the most beautiful additions to the Red Savannah portfolio for 2023, Villa Sofia is spectacularly positioned on a hillside above San Stefano, with glorious views over the Corfu Strait. In a nod to sustainability, the villa is powered by 40 solar panels from 10am to 5pm, and a cooling water dispenser is provided to discourage the use of plastic bottles. Interiors are exquisitely designed in cool neutrals with pops of blue reflecting the Ionian Sea, but it's the exterior that really shines: there's a delightful shaded dining terrace and sunny, poolside lounging area, as well as a covered poolside bar. The borders teem with Mediterranean planting including delicate gaura, trailing rosemary and climbing jasmine. A cook is included in the rental in peak season (and available at a supplement at all other times). Cypress-fringed beaches and seafront tavernas are within very easy reach.

The large, sea-facing pool which overlooks Kalamaki Bay is the focal point for gatherings at Villa Paralia, with great areas for socialising and a host of activities including a tennis court, table football, and billiards. Villa Ophelia is a peaceful sea-facing villa well suited to those looking to spend time with extended family or friends. Carved from the cliff-face, this contemporary villa is set over several terraces, each with panoramic sea views. Kouloura Beach House is so close to the water's edge that it's possible to hear the gentle waves lapping the shore whilst relaxing in the fragrant gardens. Despite its seclusion, the villa is just a short stroll from Kouloura harbour and a popular Greek taverna, and within a mile of bustling Kalami, with an array of water sports. VILLA JASMINE - 5 BEDROOMS, SLEEPS 12
Perfect for entertaining, Villa Jasmine's pool terrace is the place to be for sundowners as the sun sinks into the Ionian Sea before al fresco dining at one of three beautiful dining spots within the grounds. The focal point is the pool terrace with infinity pool, separate pool house, outdoor kitchen with barbecue and dining for up to 24 guests. An abundant vegetable garden and fruit orchard provide fresh produce for the kitchen, which is managed by a resident cook in high season.
