GUESTS SPOILT FOR CHOICE WITH EDEN HEALTH RETREAT'S NEW BESPOKE PROGRAM

25th October, 2022 Currumbin Valley, Qld - Award-winning Eden Health Retreat has announced new program offerings within their personalised three-, four- and seven-night experiences.

“Our new program allows guests to choose an Eden experience that perfectly suits their needs,” says Eden's General Manager Shona Philps. The new offerings are part of Eden's recent makeover which includes shorter stays and a multi-million dollar refurbishment.

Guests can now choose between seven-, four-, or three-night stays (or choose to experience an extended stay beyond one week) at Australia's longest-running health retreat.

“We have introduced new educational talks and treatments, in line with our reputation as Australia's number one health retreat,” says Philps.

These new program inclusions will see guests enjoying cooking demonstrations, discussion on gut health and mental wellbeing, women and men's circles, fire ceremonies, creative dance, sunset flow yoga and a return of the famous valley swing (amongst many other options).

“Our guests come to Eden for one reason – to experience our world-class facilities and expertise of extremely talented staff," says Philps. “Each person who arrives at Eden does so with their own needs and objectives. Some guests may enjoy relaxing by the pool and taking part in yoga and a day of spa treatments, whilst another guest may want to go from boxing to a jog to our waterfalls, before heading back for some therapeutic sound healing and a deep-tissue massage. We're proud that we can now offer bespoke programs for each of our guests, to ensure they achieve their goals – however long they stay with us.”

The program at Eden includes activities in the state-of-the-art yoga and Pilates pavilion, mouth-watering, organic wholefood meals provided by the kitchen and enjoyed in the dining area overlooking the rainforest and valley. The spa area includes a mineral, heated swimming pool, infrared sauna, steam room and relaxation area.

A winner of Australia's Best Wellness Retreat at the World Spa Awards, Eden offers luxurious accommodation, whether it's in one of the new architecturally designed cabins nestled into the hillside, complete with queen-size beds or a refurbished suite overlooking the rainforest. Some cabins provide a reading nook, sunken bathtub and lounge area. Guests can relax by their own fireplace, or spend time on their balcony, enjoying the breathtaking views of the Currumbin Valley. All cabins provide guests with the perfect place to relax and restore their mind and body.

Prices begin at $5,500 for a seven-night stay in a single cabin.
