The Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality has launched a campaign for Jewish tourists hailing from North America and Europe interested in visiting Israel during the High Holidays and experiencing religious activities in the pluralistic spirit of Tel Aviv. An array of content will attract tourists to the city across the religious spectrum. The city, known for its pluralism and liberalism, welcomes and celebrates all expressions of faith. The campaign focuses on showing a humoristic Tel Avivian way to celebrate the High Holidays and all that surrounds them. Sharon Landes-Fischer, CEO Tel Aviv Global & Tourism, Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality: "The city of Tel Aviv-Yafo values pluralism and acceptance of all residents' and guests' religious observance. During the High Holiday season, the city's blend of spirituality and liberalism creates a special ambiance that reflects our unique values. We invite you all to enjoy the High Holidays season with us. Shanah Tovah!" The calendar of events includes egalitarian services, community Shabbat receptions, Tashlich at Gordon Beach and on the banks of the Yarkon River, musical evening Selichot, Shacharit & meditation at Gan HaPisga, yoga classes on the beach, and more. A variety of urban tours revealing the beauty and special vibe of Tel Aviv will also be offered.
