Sunrise Lobster Breakfast at Shangri-La Sydney

Sydney, 7 September 2022 - Watch Sydney awake as you soak in breathtaking sunrise views and savour a sumptuous lobster breakfast with Champagne at Altitude on level 36, Shangri-La Sydney.

As the sun rises over the sails of Sydney Opera House, be one of the first in the world to witness the golden glow of dawn from a perfect perch above the city.

This is must-visit breakfast dining as guests enjoy a Western Australian lobster omelette of Spanish onion and tomatoes drizzled in a creamy lobster bisque, with a glass of Veuve Clicquot.

Alongside the lavish omelette, partake in a fresh rocket salad of candied walnuts, orange braised fennel and avocado, with toasted Sonoma Sourdough.

For pure indulgence, breakfast lovers round off their morning meal with Black Oscietra Caviar served with blinis, crème fraiche, chives, egg white, yolks and a glass of Dom Perignon to wash it down in style.

Don't forget to weave through a banquette of treats including scrumptious pastries, artisanal cheeses, luscious salads and charcuterie – where every side plate is a star turn.

Sunrise breakfast is available at Altitude on level 36, Shangri-La Sydney, from 6:30 am to 8:00 am Thursday to Sunday.

Priced at AUD 109 per person, the sunrise breakfast includes a lobster omelette and a glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne at a window table. Black Oscietra Caviar (30g) is priced at an additional AUD 180 per person. A glass of Dom Perignon Champagne is priced at an additional AUD 90 per person.
