* Survey response taken from 1,900 customers and nine recent customer focus groups.
* 68% of respondents expect to book four or more holidays within the next 12 months.
* Despite the cost of living 80% of respondents expect to spend the same or more on their holidays over the next 12-24 months.

Underpinned by their latest research, Much Better Adventures has launched a new range of trips, pairing active multi-day experiences in wild places with unique, boutique and locally-owned accommodation.
In a recent customer survey, designed to better understand post-pandemic travel trends, the company found that 68% of their customers, typically professionals of an average age of 37, expect to book four or more weekend getaways and longer duration trips within the next 12 months.
“Despite the cost of living crisis, it's clear that our community is feeling hell-bent on scratching their adventure itch. 80% of respondents said that they expected to spend the same or more on their holidays over the next 12-24 months.” says Sam Bruce, co-founder of Much Better Adventures.
The survey of 1,900 travellers also found that many people are more prepared to treat themselves and spend a little more on their holidays. “In particular, 60% said they were prepared to pay extra for nicer and more comfortable accommodation. This is something our customers have indicated to us in the past and so we are delighted to launch our new range of 'Comfy Sleeps' adventures” added Bruce.
“Longer duration adventures like these are a key part of our mission to build the world's most positive impact travel company and this new range allows us to even better support local economies and protect wild places” added Bruce.
When not wild camping or staying in remote mountain huts, the company's new Comfy Sleeps range includes stays at heritage and boutique hotels, jungle lodges, rainforest hideaways, luxury safari camps, former palaces, floating bungalows, traditional riads and beachside retreats in idyllic settings.
The 22 trips within the range include Costa Rica, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, India, Tanzania, Kenya, Morocco, Norway, Jordan, Portugal, Romania, Greece, Italy and South Africa.
All adventures include a mixture of activities that suit all experience levels including hiking, cycling, kayaking, rock climbing, wild swimming, snorkelling, walking safaris, stand up paddleboarding and yoga.
