SHOP * DINE * PLAY * USA (SDP-USA) is a collection of must-visit shopping and dining attractions in top USA destinations for domestic and international travelers. The collection includes the Outlets at Tejon in Central California; Old Town Entertainment District Kissimmee/Orlando; CBRE – U.S. Shopping, Dining and Entertainment Destinations; The Outlet Resource Group (TORG) and the VIP Shop & Dine 4Less Card. Additionally, we partner with U.S. Tour America and GetDiscountTravel.com – two unique tour companies offering Receptive Services to international travelers inbound to the USA.
 
“We are thrilled to once again partner with these Tennessee-based Receptive Services organizers of personalized tours who will sell favorite USA destinations to inbound international travelers. Services include multi-language step-on guides, multi-language printed guides and much more. A new program launching during IPW 2022, is their Post-Pandemic Tool Kit designed to assist with the operations and marketing of travel wholesalers and retailers to save time and money. Their programs will, of course, include all SDP-USA shopping and dining members,” said Carolyn J. Feimster, CRX, CMD, Travel and Tourism Manager for SHOP * DINE * PLAY * USA.
 
Also new for IPW 2022 is the launching of a new website that will house the assets of all members of SDP-USA in one convenient location. The travel trade just needs to log on to https://cjfmarketinginternational.com/sdpusa/ and they will be able to easily access sales sheets, FIT vouchers, royalty-free images, logos, and more from each of the SDP-USA partners. A simple QR code on the SDP-USA sales sheet for IPW 2022 will take the travel trade right to the appropriate site.
 
Feimster went on to explain that the SDP-USA mission includes providing tour operators with new products they can sell that includes the top two travel activities: shopping and dining. Packaged with the unique entertainment and culture that each project brings to the brand, the traveler will be able to see and do everything they desire in each cities' main shopping and dining attraction.
 
“These shopping and dining attractions are parallel in what they have to offer—unique shopping, culinary delights, free entertainment, and interesting exhibits.” She added, “It is important to continue to provide the unique and exciting experiences that today's savvy travelers are seeking, especially now as we are successfully climbing out of the pandemic, and travel is resuming.”
 
“Also, these attractions offer numerous experiences for Group, FIT Travel, M.I.C.E. and Student Travel. We offer flexibility in our programs for tour operators so that we can accommodate custom requests that we receive from the travel trade,” said Feimster. 
 
For the M.I.C.E. market, each shopping and dining attraction offers unique venues for private events, and organizers can include shopping discounts and incentives and other interesting activities with their functions.
 
The shopping and dining attractions and programs offer a host of FIT initiatives and other fulfillment incentives to welcome international and domestic visitors including: **
·      Incentive Programs of discounts and value-added from the stores and restaurants such as a VIP Welcome Packet that includes a Value Pass of discounts and incentives, The Traveler Perks Program with CBRE and the Insiders' Savings Guide Coupon Booklet from TORG.
·      Downloadable FIT shopping vouchers are available and redeemable for the Fulfillment
Discount Program. Vouchers can be customized with a tour operator's logo and are available in multiple languages.
·      Year-round shopping packages are available with select area hotels.
 
For group travelers, the shopping and dining attractions offer the following programs: **
·      Meet & Greet Programs with special incentives, discounts, and activities from select retailers and restaurants, including a Welcome Packet or tote bag.
·      Guided Tours upon request.
·      Welcome bags prepared for convention and meeting delegates.
·      Gift Cards are available to purchase to include in the group's welcome bag.
·      Private event and meeting areas, including space for receptions and meal functions, with all-inclusive group menus.
·      Downloadable shopping vouchers for smaller groups.
·      Easy motorcoach parking.
 
For the M.I.C.E. market, the properties offer the following programs: **
·      Private event, meeting and reception space.
·      Private lunch, dinner, and cocktail functions with all-inclusive group menus.
·      Convention and Meeting Welcome Bags with discounts.
·      Customized experiences.
 
For all types of travel, the properties offer the following programs: **
·      Marketing support materials such as images, logos and text for your printed and online brochures.
·      Reservation agent seminars and training plus agent incentives such as booking incentive programs.
