Later this spring, Level Hotels & Furnished Suites will unveil the brand's first location in the Pacific Northwest city. Guests making their way to Seattle will have the option to either stay overnight or call their spacious furnished suites a temporary home with attractive monthly rates. Level Seattle - South Lake Union is set in one of Seattle's most exciting neighborhoods and is nestled in the heart of South Lake Union's booming tech scene. Level Seattle - South Lake union will offer 272 studio, one, two and three bedroom suites, ranging in size from 523 to 1,847 square feet. Kitchens will feature state-of-the-art appliances and updated modern finishings such as large kitchen islands, gas stoves, and the latest integrated appliances. Guests will enjoy a home-away-from-home experience with exquisite city views, in-suite laundry, modern interior design, open-air balconies and and access to the property's resort-inspired amenities.
For those seeking an elevated experience, the property also boasts a collection of 24 sky suites and 3 luxury penthouses. Along with other penthouses in Level's prestigious portfolio, the Level Seattle - South Lake Union penthouses will boast 360-degree panoramic views of the Seattle city skyline and Lake Union. These spectacular residences, featuring custom designed furniture, will range between 1,032 and 4,479 square feet. Additionally, the exterior of the penthouses encompasses between 1,500 and 1,900 square feet, and will also include hot tubs, lounge furniture, built-in barbecues and fire pits.
Located on the higher floors of the property, the sky suites will boast sweeping views of Lake Union and Elliot Bay, and will range from 1,340 to 1,875 in square footage. Sky suites will also feature individual wine fridges in each unit along with spacious living areas, private patios, and premium integrated appliances.
Beyond the spacious apartment-style accommodations, the property will also boast over 70,000 square feet of unrivaled amenity space, which will include 3 pools: 2 outdoor and 1 indoor, along with three hot tubs and one cold plunge pool. This makes it the only hotel in the city to have more than 1 pool or a cold plunge pool feature. Level Seattle - South Lake Union will also offer resort-inspired entertainment and athletic amenities, including an indoor basketball court, Peloton studio and MIRROR interactive home gyms, as well as a karaoke room and a climbing wall.
As a LEED Certified property, Level Seattle - South Lake Union is uniquely part of Seattle's first district energy system, developed by the Onni Group's Capilano Energy, which was created to distribute thermal energy to multiple buildings in the complex and reduce greenhouse gas emission by as much as 70%. In an effort to keep the property environmentally friendly, Level will also introduce a new bathroom amenity line from Malin & Goetz, whose quality products are clean and cruelty-free.
