Aubergine 'Violet Knight'
Burpee Europe has arrived on their steed of colour once again this year to bring a new knight to the round table of aubergine flavour.
Aubergines, in years gone by, have been a little disappointing, to say the least, and confined to the moussakas of the tasteless past. But now, Burpee has come to save the day once again by adding this jewel of purple hue to the family of 'Knights' already in the range. Aubergine 'Violet Knight' has joined its brave tasty comrades of 'White Knight' and 'Green Knight' to bring another technicolour dimension to the garden.

NEW - This welcome addition to our 'Knight' series is prolific and easy to cultivate, with an adaptable plant habit, making it suitable for mid-sized containers or growing directly in the ground. Deep violet fruits have minimal seeds and no bitter taste.
